About

Seventeen years inside the stress, then seven building the answer.

The programme was not designed in a gym. It was designed inside a bank, by someone living the exact problem it solves.

Where the model came from

My name is Ahmed Heidar. I have seventeen years of experience as a credit manager in banks, dealing with high-stress environments while nurturing a passion for fitness. That unusual combination is what led me to develop a quantitative wellness model: one that helps people make informed decisions about their food, their exercise and their stress management.

During our health transformation journey together, Heidar Fitnation will teach you how to use those tools yourself. The goal is a permanent healthy life transformation, and permanent means you have to be able to run it without me.

My personal success story

I strive to be living proof that the programme works. Despite a stressful job as a corporate credit manager for seventeen years, I transformed my body naturally at the age of thirty-three, in 2016, after seven years of research and experimentation.

I have since helped many busy professionals achieve their best shape through the same wellness programme, From Zero to Hero.

How we started

Heidar Fitnation emerged from what I observed at my workplace, where health issues prevailed among bankers: obesity-related diseases on one hand, exercise-related injuries on the other. Surprisingly, excessive exercise can also lead to health problems.

My research revealed a link between these issues and the high stress levels experienced by busy professionals. Elevated cortisol from stress contributes to emotional eating, reduced activity, and the health problems associated with obesity. Balancing physical activity, nutrition and stress management is crucial.

I call this approach the Health Pyramid, and it forms the foundation of the wellness programme From Zero to Hero.

Your turn to be the proof.
